Mindful Mail is a monthly faith-based encouragement subscription created by Christina Kaplan, LPC. Each month, you’ll receive a thoughtfully curated envelope filled with Scripture, mental wellness encouragement, reflection prompts, and little reminders to slow down, breathe, and care for your heart and mind.

It’s a simple way to receive a little hope and encouragement right in your mailbox. 💌

What comes in each month’s Mindful Mail?

Each month is thoughtfully designed around a different theme. Your envelope may include:

A personal encouragement letter
Scripture and faith-based reflection
A mental wellness or mindfulness practice

Who is Mindful Mail for?

Mindful Mail is for women who want to grow in their faith while also being intentional about their emotional and mental well-being.

Do I need to be a Christian to enjoy Mindful Mail?

Mindful Mail is intentionally faith-based and includes Scripture and Christian encouragement. It is created for women who appreciate or want to grow in their relationship with Jesus while caring for their mental and emotional well-being.

When will my Mindful Mail be shipped?

Your monthly envelope will be prepared and mailed just before the new month! You’ll receive an email with any important shipping updates. If you purchase after that, it will be sent promptly after your order is received.

Can I give Mindful Mail as a gift?

Absolutely! 💌 Mindful Mail makes a meaningful gift for a friend, student, family member, coworker, or anyone who could use a little extra encouragement.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time according to the cancellation terms provided at checkout.

What if my Mindful Mail arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive?

Please reach out as soon as possible if your envelope arrives damaged or does not arrive. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Is Mindful Mail appropriate for someone currently receiving therapy?

Yes! Mindful Mail can be a lovely supplement to someone's personal reflection and faith journey. However, it is not a substitute for the individualized care provided by a mental health professional.

Who created Mindful Mail?

Mindful Mail was created by Christina Kaplan, LPC, a Licensed Professional Counselor who wanted to combine her passion for mental wellness, encouragement, and faith in a simple way that could arrive right at your door.
