Our Story

Created with intention by a licensed professional counselor.

Hi, I’m Christina, and I’m so glad you’re here.

Mindful Mail grew out of something I’ve seen again and again—not only in my work as a counselor, but in my own life: we are so busy keeping up with life that we often forget to slow down and take care of ourselves.

As a licensed professional counselor, I’ve spent years walking alongside teens, young adults, and women as they navigate anxiety, stress, relationships, transitions, self-doubt, and all the uncertainty that life can bring. I’ve learned that sometimes what we need most isn’t another thing on our to-do list. We need a moment to breathe. A reminder that we are enough. A little encouragement when life feels heavy.

That’s why I created Mindful Mail.

I wanted to bring back something simple and meaningful—the feeling of opening your mailbox and finding something created especially to encourage you. Something you can hold in your hands, step away from the noise, and actually take a few quiet moments for yourself.

Each month, Mindful Mail is designed to encourage you to pause, reflect, and reconnect—with yourself, your emotions, and your faith. You’ll find heartfelt letters, gentle mental health encouragement, affirmations, reflection prompts, and reminders that speak to the real-life moments we all experience.

I believe taking care of our mental and emotional well-being isn't selfish. It’s necessary.

Sometimes slowing down means taking a walk, putting your phone away, writing down what you're feeling, saying a prayer, setting a boundary, or simply giving yourself permission to rest.

My hope is that Mindful Mail becomes a small monthly reminder that you don't have to rush through life or have everything figured out. You can pause. You can breathe. You can begin again. And most importantly,

you are never alone.

I hope each letter feels a little like sitting down with someone who understands, cares, and wants to remind you that there is still beauty, hope, and purpose in the middle of whatever season you're walking through.

Much love,

Christina
